There are allot of waiting kids in the world. I just saw this boy for adoption in China. It cost allot of money to adopt from China, $12,000 to $15,000. The Us government will pay $10,000 of those costs, and many orginations will give grants or low interest and no interest loans to families. Other countries like Thailand have even lower costs. The total cost of a Thailand adoption could be covered by the US government. You don't have to be rich to adopt!
