My 12 year old daughter Nicole and I just finished the last chapter of the Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. We thought it would take us at least 6 months to read all 7 books, but we breezed through it in less then 4 months! Now we plan to read the entire Bible together! In the final chapter of Narnia (The last battle), CS Lewis writes about heaven. He says ,"All their life in this world and all their adventures in Narnia had only been the cover and the title page: now at last they were beginning Chapter One of the Great Story which no one on earth has read: which goes on for ever: in which every chapter is better than the one before." We are living in the cover, the title page! Our lives are only a shadow of what is to come! My title page might be very exciting (and it is exciting), but this isn't even chapter one!
