I've always loved this song. I use to (try) to sing it just like Judy Garland in the wizard of Oz. Adopting Sarah is a dream to me, but someday over the rainbow, that dream really will come true! It seems so long and far away...but I know it will happen! I tried to find a good copy of Judy singing this song...but you'll have to settle for Barbra Streisand.
