These are the beautiful eyes of a 1 year old boy named XiaoCao. He is in the same children's home as Sarah, Nanjing SWI. He has a skin condition called nevus . This is both large and small moles on his face and body. He is listed with IAAP, and his agency fees have been waved. The remainder of his adoption fees could be covered by a grant to qualified families. His moles have not changed over the year. Many of these moles could be removed. If you are thinking about adopting a child from China, and money is an issue...XiaoCao might be the child for you. XiaoCao has been well-loved by the nannies, and it shows in his easy going attitude and interest in everything around him. His development is very good! If you can see past his moles, and see the beautiful kid that just needs a family!
