Yesterday our 15 year old autistic daughter Jessica actually let Sarah sit down with her and watch a video. Jessica has been pretty upset with Sarah’s bratty behavior. She had looked forward to adding Sarah to our family. When Sarah rejected everyone except Juergen in China, Jessica could not forgive her. She has been hiding in her room and even refusing to eat at the same table as Sarah. Slowly the walls are coming down. Yesterday she took a big step by allowing Sarah into her bedroom. It was a very big step forward.
