WOW! That was fast!!! I prayed for an answer about Sarah's visa, and a letter came in the mail one hour later. Germany recognizes Sarah's adoption and will give her full citizenship. The visa is no longer a problem! I can just relax when I visit my parents in Oregon. Sarah will be both German and American. Her adoption is considered final and strong! Praise God!!!
