I got an x-ray on my hand. Praise God it's just a sprain. The Dr gave me some spray to bring down the swelling and some pain medication. I have both my wrists wrapped. I fell 4 weeks ago. I think its crazy I'm not recovered yet, but some things just take time. The Dr. said it would probably be another two weeks! Any way, I'm very happy it's not a break, no casts, no surgery. My mind was going wild!
